Adopt City Council Resolution Approving Addition of Section 4.8 and 4.9 to the City of Fort Bragg Personnel Rules and Regulations
Summary
On November 3, 2018, the Finance and Administration Committee reviewed and approved the addition of a Recruitment Bonus for existing Police Department staff that are actively involved with the successful recruitment of a new Police Officer, and a Hiring Bonus for new Police Officers, to help defray the costs of moving and/or changing jobs. The goal of both programs is to fill vacancies in our local Police Department and make Fort Bragg a more desireable employer.
