Adopt City Council Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the Acceptance of an Offer of a 20-Foot-Wide Public Drainage Easement from Lyme Redwood Timberlands, LLC
Summary
The Maple Street Storm Drain Project is ready to be constructed. During the final design phases, one additional storm drain line easement was identified as being needed in an existing private property in order to gain access as part of the project and for future maintenance access. Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the Resolution accepting the proposed storm drain easement. Acceptance of the easements is consistent with the goals of the City to adequately maintain public facilities.
