Adopt City Council Resolution Appointing City Manager Tabatha Miller as City Treasurer
Summary
Current Finance Director, Victor Damiani, has resigned effective July 3, 2020. The Fort Bragg Municipal Code Chapter 2.12 sets forth that the City Treasurer shall perform all duties imposed as required by law. City Council is tasked with appointing a Treasurer at expiration of term or upon a vacancy. Until a permanent replacement to the position of Finance Director is hired, the City Manager, Tabatha Miller, can serve as City Treasurer, with the assistance of the Finance Department staff.
