Receive General Plan Annual Progress Report (2019), including the Housing Element Annual Progress Report (2019)

 

Summary

Jurisdictions must submit a General Plan Annual Progress Report (APR) and a Housing Element Annual Progress Report to both the Governor's Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) by April 1 of each year. The General Plan APR must be presented to City Council for its review and acceptance. The purpose of the APR is to inform decision makers and the public of the progress in meeting our community's goals, specifically, how land use decisions relate to the goals, policies and programs of Fort Bragg's General Plan(s).
