Summary
On September 9, 2019, the City Council awarded a contract to Earl Adams Tile-Coping & Plastering, Inc. DBA Adams Pool Solutions for the C.V. Starr Pool Basin Reconstruction Project, City Project No. PWP-00113. The project involved removal and replacement of the plaster in the competition pool, leisure pool and lazy river at the C.V. Starr Community Center. The work has been completed and Director of Public Works Tom Varga signed the Certificate of Completion on January 7, 2020, certifying that the work has been performed to the specifications in the bid documents. The project was completed within the project budget approved by the City Council, the pools are now open and serving the public.
Following acceptance of the Certificate of Completion by the City Council, the City Clerk will file a Notice of Completion with the Mendocino County Recorder.
