Adopt by Title Only and Waive the Second Reading of Ordinance No. 950-2019 Adding Chapter 10.60 (Nuisance Vehicles) to Title 10 (Vehicles and Traffic) of the Fort Bragg Municipal Code
Summary
On August 12, 2019, the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg is to consider adoption of Ordinance No. 950-2019, said ordinance having been introduced for first reading (by title only and waiving further reading of the text) on July 22, 2019.
The proposed ordinance adds Chapter 10.60 (Nuisance Vehicles) to Title 10 (Vehicles and Traffic). The provisions of the ordinance set forth the definition of a Nuisance Vehicle and that such vehicles are subject to abatement under the Fort Bragg Municipal Code, the California Vehicle Code or any other manner provided by law.
If adopted, Ordinance No. 950-2019 will become effective September 11, 2019.
