Summary
City Staff is seeking approval of a scope of work for a Traffic Study and Congestion Analysis for the Mill Site Reuse Plan LCP Amendment. The scope of work requests a complete Level of Service analysis, a Vehicle Miles Traveled analysis and an analysis of congestion on Highway 1 and Highway 20, per the request of Coastal Commission staff.
