Summary
On May 13, 2019, the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg is to consider adoption of Ordinance No. 948-2019, said ordinance having been introduced for first reading (by title only and waiving further reading of the text) on April 22, 2019.
The proposed ordinance adds Chapter 12.10 (Wireless Telecommunications Facilities) to Title 12 (Public Improvements) of the Fort Bragg Municipal Code. This new chapter provides aesthetic guidelines for wireless telecommunications facilities.
If adopted, Ordinance No. 948-2019 will become effective June 12, 2019.
