Summary

On May 13, 2019, the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg is to consider adoption of Ordinance No. 946-2019, said ordinance having been introduced for first reading (by title only and waiving further reading of the text) on April 22, 2019.

The proposed ordinance amends Sections 5.04.010 (Definitions) and 5.04.080 (Exemptions from Tax Payments) of Chapter 5.04 (General Provisions) of Title 5 (Business License Regulations) of the Fort Bragg Municipal Code. The amendments provide a business license tax exemption for landlords who rent three or less dwelling units in the City of Fort Bragg.

If adopted, Ordinance No. 946-2019 will become effective June 12, 2019.
