Summary

On February 11, 2019, the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg is to consider adoption of Ordinance No. 944-2018, said ordinance having been introduced for first reading (by title only and waiving further reading of the text) on January 28, 2019.

The proposed ordinance adds Section 9.40.030 to Chapter 9.40 Public Drunkenness of Title 9 (Public Peace, Safety and Morals) of the Fort Bragg Municipal Code to prohibit possession of open containers in public places.

If adopted, Ordinance No. 944-2019 will become effective March 13, 2019.
