Adopt City Council Resolution Amending City Council Rules of Procedure for Conduct of City Council Business
Summary
The rules of procedure for City Council meetings adopted on October 24, 2016 by Resolution 3946-2016 are being updated to include incorporation of the following:
1. Addition of Agenda Item entitled "Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications on Agenda Items" (Section 3.1)
2. Elimination of 30-minute time limit on Public Comment period and deletion of second 30-minute Public Comment period (Section 3.1)
3. Reference to adopted Rules of Order pursuant to Resolution 4040-2017 adopted October 23, 2017 (Section 4.3)
