Adopt City Council Resolution Approving the Amended FY 2018/19 C. V. Starr Community Center Fee Schedule

City Council, on June 11, 2018 approved the FY 2018/19 C.V. Starr Community Center ("CVSCC") Budget and Fee Schedule (Resolution #4100-2018). Recently, CVSCC staff, in preparing the approved fee increase beginning January 1, 2019, discovered a few errors in the original fee schedule approved in June. The formulas used to develop the FY budget are correct, therefore no budget adjustments are necessary as these errors were simply transcribing errors made in the Membership sections of the Fee Schedule.
The Mendocino Coast Recreation and Parks District ("MCRPD") Board of Directors recently approved the amended Fee Schedule (Resolution #18-06) on October 29, 2018. Council, as required in the City's operating agreement with MCRPD, approves the annual CVSCC Fee Schedule. The amended Fee Schedule approved by the MCRPD Board is attached as a reference.
