Summary
On December 11, 2017 the City Council awarded a contract to Akeff Construction Services, Inc. for the 1.5 MG Water Tank Project, City Project No. 2017-08. The project involved construction of the 1.5 MG Water Tank and related appurtenances. The work has been completed and Director of Public Works Tom Varga signed the Certificate of Completion on August 8, 2018, certifying that all work has been performed to the specifications in the bid documents. The project was completed within the project budget approved by the City Council. The tank is on-line and serving the public.
Following acceptance of the Certificate of Completion by the City Council, the City Clerk will file a Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
