Adopt by Title Only and Waive the Second Reading of Ordinance No. 939-2018 Amending Chapter 18.42.040 [Animal Keeping] of Title 18 [Inland Land Use & Development Code] of the Fort Bragg Municipal Code Modifying Beekeeping Permit Requirements to Allow Bee Hives Without a Use Permit in All Zoning Districts

 

Summary

On July 9, 2018, the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg is to consider adoption of Ordinance No. 939-2018, said ordinance having been introduced for first reading (by title only and waiving further reading of the text) on June 25, 2018.

 

The proposed ordinance amends Table 4-1 of Section 18.42.040 (Animal Keeping) of Title 18 (Inland Land Use and Development Code) of the Fort Bragg Municipal Code to modify beekeeping permit requirements to allow beekeeping in residential and commercial zoning districts within the City of Fort Bragg.

 

If adopted, Ordinance No. 939-2018 will become effective August 8, 2018.
