Adopt City Council Resolution Approving (1) FY 2018/19 C.V. Starr Community Center Operating and Capital Improvement Budget and (2) FY 2018/19 Fee Schedule

On May 21, 2018, the City Council and Mendocino Coast Recreation & Parks District (District) conducted a joint Budget Workshop to review the FY 2018/19 C.V. Starr Community Center (CVSCC) Budget. In accordance with the Operating Agreement betwen the City and the District which governs operation of CVSCC, the District Board reviewed and approved the attached FY 2018/19 Budget. In accordance with the Operating Agreement, the City Council has budgetary authority over the CVSCC Budget. The Budget is submitted for Council approval (Exhibit A). The FY 2018/19 Facility Fee Schedule remains unchanged from the previous fiscal year through 12/31/2018. The FY 2018/19 Fee Schedule is submitted for Council approval (Exhibit B).
