Title
Readopt Master Traffic Resolution
Summary
The City Council considers changes to the Master Traffic Resolution two or three times each year, as necessary. The last changes were made on February 26, 2018. Since that time, the Traffic Committee has considered eleven Traffic Modification Requests filed with the Engineering Department by members of the community. Many of the modifications granted by the Traffic Committee do not alter the Master Traffic Resolution (such as changes to Section G, No Parking Zones). Two changes are included in this version of the Master Traffic Resolution as a result of Modification Requests; these changes are shown in blue.
In addition to reviewing the quarterly community requests, a comprehensive review of the Resolution was completed. This resolution update includes numerous changes as a result of the review; primary changes include a basic reorganization to ensure consistency with the numeric sequencing established by the Municipal Code and updates based on observations of current site conditions. Everything in red (either additions or strike through) are changes in response to modifications currently in effect (i.e. stop signs that exist that were never listed) and/or warrants that are no longer enforceable (not signed or business no longer exists).
