Accept Certificate of Completion for Coastal Trail Phase II Project, City Project No. 2017-09, and Direct City Clerk to File Notice of Completion

 

Summary

On July 10, 2017, pursuant to Resolution 4020-2017, the City Council awarded a contract to Akeff Construction Services, Inc. for the Coastal Trail Phase II Project, City Project No. 2017-09. The project included labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the completion of the middle portion of the Coastal Trail. The work has been performed in accordance with the Project contract and has been certified completed by the Public Works Director with a Certificate of Completion issued on April 4, 2018.

 

Following acceptance of the Certificate of Completion by the City Council, the City Clerk will file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
