Accept Certificate of Completion for Wastewater Outfall Repair Project, City Project No. 2017-07, and Direct City Clerk to File Notice of Completion
Summary
On September 11, 2017, pursuant to Resolution ID 394-2017, the District Board of the Fort Bragg Municipal Improvement District No. 1 awarded a contract to Underwater Resources, Inc. for the Wastewater Outfall Repair Project, City Project No. 2017-07. The project included labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the following tasks: unplug and clear outfall diffuser risers; clear debris from around base of risers to maintain a 15” clearance; replace all 14 flapper style diffuser check valves and fasteners; and record video of completed project documenting operational status of valves. The work has been performed in accordance with the Project contract and has been certified completed by the Public Works Director with a Certificate of Completion issued on February 28, 2018.
Following acceptance of the Certificate of Completion by the City Council, the City Clerk will file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
