Adopt City Council Resolution Setting Water Billing Periods and Delinquency Dates

Summary

This resolution sets the water billing periods and delinquency dates as follows: The billing period will be the 10^th day of the month following the month of service delivery and water bills will be delinquent if not paid by the third day of the month following the billing period. The resolution is not effective until February 22, 2018, the day after the effective date of Ordinance No. 935-2018 amending Section 14.04.030 [Water Billing - Failure to Pay - Action] of Chapter 14.04 [Water Department and Regulations] of the Fort Bragg Municipal Code adopted on January 22, 2018.
