Accept Certificate of Completion for Guest House and City Hall Painting Project, City Project No. 2017-04, and Direct City Clerk to File Notice of Completion
Summary
On April 10, 2017, pursuant to Resolution 3990-2017, the City Council awarded a contract to Horizon Brothers Painting for the Guest House and City Hall Painting Project, City Project No. 2017-04. The project included labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the painting of City Hall and the Guest House. The work has been performed in accordance with the Project contract and has been certified completed by the Public Works Director with a Certificate of Completion issued on October 5, 2017.
Following acceptance of the Certificate of Completion by the City Council, the City Clerk will file the Notice of Compeltion with the County Recorder.
