Accept Certificate of Completion for Guest House Roof Replacement Project, City Project No. 2017-03, and Direct City Clerk to File Notice of Completion
Summary
On May 8, 2017, pursuant to Resolution 4001-2017, the City Council awarded a contract to GOC Construction and Roofing for the Guest House Roof Replacement Project, City Project No. 2017-03. The project included labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the replacement of the Guest House roof. The work has been performed in accordance with the Project contract and has been certified completed by the Public Works Director with a Certificate of Completion issued on August 3, 2017.
Following acceptance of the Certificate of Completion by the City Council, the City Clerk will file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
