Adopt City Council Resolution Designating Authorized Agents to Act on Behalf of the City of Fort Bragg Regarding Disaster Assistance Funding

 

Summary

This Resolution allows the City Manager, Public Works Director and Finance Director to act on the City’s behalf regarding disaster assistance funding for stabilizing and ultimately relocating the water main on top of the Pudding Creek dam after the dam overtopping event in late December 2016. The Resolution is on a California Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) form, but if approved by Council will be given a City of Fort Bragg Resolution number.  A cover letter designating the names of the authorized individuals is attached. This information has been reviewed by CalOES and is acceptable to them.
