Accept Certificate of Completion for Summers Lane Reservoir Project, City Project 2016-01, and Direct City Clerk to File Notice of Completion
Summary
On April 25, 2016, pursuant to Resolution 3895-2016, the City Council awarded a contract to Rege Construction, Inc. for the Summers Lane Reservoir Project, City Project No. 2016-01. The project involved construction of a 45-acre-foot water storage reservoir and associated piping near Newman Gulch, on City property at the end of Summers Lane. The work has been completed and Director of Public Works Tom Varga signed the Certificate of Completion on February 22, 2017, certifying that all work has been performed to the specifications in the bid documents.
Following acceptance of the Certificate of Completion by the City Council, the City Clerk will file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
