Summary
This Resolution certifies the results of the June 7, 2016 Special Election for Measure U, a voter initiative to amend the Fort Bragg Municipal Code prohibiting social service organizations in the Central Business District unless established prior to January 1, 2015. As the County Clerk's Certification shows, the Measure was defeated with 1172 NO votes (54.95%) and 961 YES votes (45.05%). Council action is required to accept the Certificate of the County Clerk as to results of the canvass of the election results.
