Summary
On June 13, 2016, the City Council introduced Ordinance 924-2016 which amends Chapter 3.12 of the Fort Bragg Municipal Code. The ordinance increases the Transient Occupancy Tax from 10% to 12%, if approved by a majority of the voters voting on the measure at the November 8, 2016 General Election. If approved, the ordinance becomes effective April 1, 2017. The ordinance is now brought forward for adoption by the City Council.
