Accept Certificate of Completion for the Wastewater Treatment Facility West Fencing Project, City Project 2015-01, and Direct Acting City Clerk to Record Notice of Completion
Summary
On June 8, 2015, the City Council awarded a contract to CR Fence Co., dba Humboldt Fence Co. for the Wastewater Treatment Facility West Fencing Project (Project). The Project was composed of replacing seven hundred (700) linear feet of fencing and installing one four (4) foot pedestrian gate along the west property boundary of the Wastewater Treatment Facility.
The Project was awarded and completed for $28,895. The Project was within the appropriated Wastewater Enterprise Fund Budget, FY 2014-2015.
The Certificate of Completion was signed by Public Works Director Tom Varga on August 5, 2015, certifying that all work has been performed to the specification laid out in the bid documents. The Certificate of Completion is attached as Exhibit A.
