Summary
On August 10, 2015, the City Council introduced Ordinance 919-2015 which amends Chapter 14.06 (Water Conservation) of Title 14 (Water and Sewer). The ordinance updates the City’s water conservation requirements; clarifies what constitutes a Stage 1, Stage 2, or Stage 3 water emergency; and brings the City into compliance with mandates established by the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB).
