Summary

The Green Alley Project - Phase II includes retrofitting of two alleys by adding various Low Impact Development (LID) features such as an infiltration trench and a vegetated swale and a bio-swale on the shoulder.

The Project was advertised for bid on July 23, 2015 and July 30, 2015 with bids due on August 6, 2015. Two bids were received with the apparent low bid coming from Granite Construction, Inc. in the amount of $212,488.00. The project is funded by a Proposition 84 Storm Water Grant. Granite Construction, Inc. has the proper licenses to complete the Project and based upon previous experience in completing similar projects, is a responsible bidder.
