Summary
A corporate resolution is necessary to remove Ginny Feth-Michel's authorization and to add Scott Schneider's authorization to act on behalf of the City with regard to the First Empire Investment account. This Resolution removes the Assistant City Manager as a person authorized to invest funds and open or close accounts on behalf of the City of Fort Bragg and adds the position of Administrative Services Director.
