Summary
On March 23, 2015, the City Council held a public hearing to consider an appeal of the Planning Commission's decision to deny development permits for the proposed Hare Creek Center project. After the close of the public hearing, the City Council directed staff to prepare a resolution denying the appeal and upholding the Planning Commission's decision to deny the planning permits for the project. The Council further directed that, after the applicant has revised the design of the project to address concerns identified at the hearing, an Environmental Impact Report should be prepared for the project.
