Readopt Master Traffic Resolution 1271-15/A
Summary
The City has a process of bringing forward changes to the Master Traffic Resoltuion to the City Council once or twice each year, as necessary. The last change was made in July 2013. Changes included in this version include:
1. Changes to Section F - STOP INTERSECTIONS:
A. Add Franklin Street at Laurel Street, three-way stop for all traffic.
B. Add Franklin Street at Walnut Street, four-way stop for all traffic.
C. Remove Harrison Street at Fir Street for north and southbound traffic; traffic circle installed at this location.
D. Remove Laurel Street at Franklin Street for eastbound traffic; addressed in 1A above.
E. Remove Walnut Street at Franklin Street for east and westbound traffic; addressed in 1B above.
2. Add 135 S. Franklin Street (Coast Cinemas) to Section I - PASSENGER LOADING (WHITE LIMITED PARKING) ZONES; replace existing green zone with the white zone.
3. Add 320 E. Oak Street to Section U - BLUE CURB HANDICAP ZONE APPROVALS.
