Adopt City Council Resolution Declaring Surplus Property (Spin Bikes)
Summary
C.V. Starr Center staff has requested that two Star Trac E-Spinner spin bikes be declared surplus property as they do not meet a minimum level of need or demand. The bikes are operable, but are infrequently used, take up a lot of space, need to be moved multiple times each week, and require costly parts and servicing. Once declared surplus, the City Clerk will advertise the spin bikes for sale in the local newspaper.
