Summary
The City Council adopted the Final Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Fort Bragg Coastal Restoration andTrail Project in January 2014. Implementation of a Data Collection Plan and preparation of an Ethnographic Study are required mitigation measures of the Final Subsequent EIR. Staff issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for professional services for implementation of a Data Collection Plan and preparation of an Ethnographic Study. Two qualified proposals were received. The proposals were reviewed with the Sherwood Valley Rancheria Tribal Council and the Tribal Council and staff recommend that the City enter into a professional services agreement with Pacific Legacy for the work.
