Summary
On April 24, 2017, pursuant to Resolution 3996-2017, the City Council awarded a contract to Granite Construction, Inc. for the 2017 Streets & Alleys Rehabilitation Project, City Project No. 2017-06. The project included labor, materials, equipment and supervision for the project. The work has been performed in accordance with the Project contract and has been certified completed by the Public Works Director with a Certificate of Completion issued on January 8, 2018.
Following acceptance of the Certificate of Completion by the City Council, the City Clerk will file the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder.
