Summary

The City of Fort Bragg and Mendocino Unified School District agreed to the acquisition and transfer of the assets of Mendocino Community Network (MCN) to the City's Municipal Broadband Utility. The attached resolution authorizes the City's request to Mendocino Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) to continue providing internet services to existing MCN customers residing outside city limits under Government Code Section 56133.
