Summary
The City's updated Personnel Rules and Regulations ("Rules") were adopted by the City Council on April 13, 2015. The version attached to the Resolution inadvertantly included a paragraph (Section 12.4.3, subsection 2) that should have been removed pursuant to recent labor negotiations with the Fort Bragg Employee Organization and the Fort Bragg Police Association (hereinafter referred to as the Employee Groups). The corrected Personnel Rules and Regulations are brought forward for Council adoption.
