Receive a Report, Hold a Public Hearing, Receive Planning Commission's Recommendation, Introduce by Title Only, and Waive Further Reading of Two (2) Ordinances Amending the Inland Land Use and Development Code and the Coastal Land Use and Development Code to implement Economic Development Goals of the City Strategic Plan. The Ordinances would: 1) Allow More Uses in More Zoning Districts to Facilitate Economic Development; 2) Clarify the Limited Term Permit Process; 3) Make Minor Modifications to the Minor Use Permit Process; and 4) Revise Non-Conforming Structure and Non-Conforming Use Requirements; and 5) implement Program H-2.5.8 of the Fort Bragg Housing Element; EIR Addendum pursuant to CEQA Guideline 15164 and CEQA Exemption 15265
