Summary
On January 22, 2018, the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg is to consider adoption of Ordinance 936-2018, said ordinance having been introduced for first reading (by title only and waiving further reading of the text) on January 8, 2018.
The proposed ordinance will amend Chapter 10.20 [Stopping, Standing, and Parking] of Title 10 [Vehicles and Traffic] of the Fort Bragg Municipal Code. This amendment adds Section 10.20.215 entitled “Timed Parking for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations” to regulate the timed parking for Electric Vehicle charging station locations in the City of Fort Bragg.
If adopted, Ordinance No. 936-2018 will become effective February 21, 2018.
