Adopt by Title Only and Waive Second Reading of Ordinance 928-2017 Amending Fort Bragg Municipal Code Sections 18.24.030, 18.42.055 and 18.100.020 to Provide Regulations for Cannabis Manufacturing Within Non-Coastal Zone Portions of the City of Fort Bragg
Summary
On February 27, 2017, the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg is to consider adoption of Ordinance No. 928-2017, said ordinance having been introduced for first reading (by title only and waiving further reading of the text) on February 13, 2017.
The proposed ordinance will amend Article 2 (Zoning Districts and Allowable Land Uses), Article 4 (Standards for Specific Land Uses) and Article 10 (Definitions) of Title 18 (Inland Land Use and Development Code) of the Fort Bragg Municipal Code. This new set of regulations would allow cannabis manufacturing uses to operate in the Light Industrial and Heavy Industrial zoning districts of Fort Bragg with an approved Use Permit.
If adopted, Ordinance 928-2017 will become effective March 30, 2017.
