Summary

Upon Council acceptance of the Federal Funding Account (FFA) grant award in the amount of $10.3 million, and Council's approval of the associated budget amendment, staff proposes to secure professional services from Mitch Drake, who served as an integral part of the team that developed the 2021 Fort Bragg Digital Infrastructure Plan, as well as the network engineering, operations, and business model efforts funded through the Local Agency Technical Assistance (LATA) grant program.
