Summary

At a special meeting on March 24, 2020, the Fort Bragg City Council ratified the City Manager's Proclamation declaring a local emergency due to COVID-19 in its Resolution No. 4242-2020. On April 6, 2020, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 4245 by which it continued the local emergency. The City is required to reconfirm the existence of a local emergency every 21 days pursuant to Fort Bragg Municipal Code Section 2.24.040.
