Summary

On June 13, 2022, the City Council of the City of Fort Bragg is to consider adoption of Ordinance 979-2022, said ordinance having been introduced for first reading (by title only and waiving further reading of the text) on May 23, 2022.

The proposed ordinance will amend six sections of Title 18 (Inland Land Use and Development Code) of the Fort Bragg Municipal Code to regulate commercial cannabis activities in the City of Fort Bragg.

If adopted, the ordinance will become effective on July 13, 2022.
